 CIF PRICE: Price shall be Three (3) days average of day-before-day of-day after, Q&Q inspection. The mean quotations for Brent (Dated) (PCAAS00) London, as   published by Platts Crude Oil Market Wire under the heading key benchmarks, minus US dollars $7.00 net discount per barrel to the buyer. The amount of discount will   be updated  according the market price .

 The Platts quotations shall be the three (3) consecutive mean quotations centered on the loading date.

 If loading date falls on a Saturday or holiday or a non-publishing day the effective date for pricing purpose shall be the following business day.

 The price per bbl. shall escalate or de-escalate by USD 0.0011 per one tenth (1/10) of each API degree above or below API 34º - 37º at 60 Deg. F. ? Currency: United   States Dollar ($) is the currency of Sales & Purchase.

 DELIVERY/ TIME FRAME: Within 30 - 60 working days maximum (average days to load vessel on the first lift only) of signing the Sales and Purchase Agreement to   consummate delivery upon adequate banking commitments/placements.

 PAYMENT INSSURANCE: Confirmed, Irrevocable, Documentary Letter of Credit, MT 700.
